Massachusetts Department of Housing and Community Development - Division of Public Housing and Assistance has selected Agate Software, Inc.’s IntelliGrants to help them manage, review, and track preservation and modernization projects with 252 Local Housing Authorities (LHA) throughout the Commonwealth. The Division of Public Housing and Assistance was seeking a solution that would give the LHAs predictability and flexibility of funding for the state-assisted public housing portfolio.
The project kicked off on March 9, 2010. Agate will work with the Division of Public Housing and Assistance to personalize IntelliGrants for managing their Capital Spending projects.
